A 3 piece Antique American Stained Glass Screen. These panels are very typical of work from Chicago, or perhaps Milwaukee, circa 1900. The panels, framed in what appears to be Teak are in excellent condition with 1 or perhaps 2 cracks in the textured border. The individual framed sections measure 19" x 72" and are joined with compound hinges so they flex in multiple directions. The screen is quite difficult to photograph but I've included pictures with a couple of different backgrounds. The glass is bright, the inner border is a pebbled translucent glass. There are iridized accents throughout the panels, in the corners and in the chevrons. Price: $3,450.00 -clicking any of the 'Thumbnails' below will enlarge them-
