A rare and unusual Belcher Mosaic firescreen.  With ribbons, Jewels and sunrise over water framed with a horseshoe medallion the panel is simply wonderful.

In its elaborate brass frame work measuring 45" high, the frame of the glass is 28" x 23 3/4" and all is in excellent condition.

I've only seen 2 Belcher firescreens and I own both ( fid22057) a third panel in a bronze frame which also might have been intended as a firescreen (fid22056).
